My insurance claim was denied at first, and I honestly didn’t know what to do—until I hired Thoughtful Roofer Inc. Joe and his team stepped in and took control of the situation. They documented the damage by filming a good faith repair attempt, clearly showing that a repair wasn’t a feasible option. On top of that, they pulled an ITEL report that confirmed there were no compatible shingles available, meaning any repair would violate both building code and the manufacturer’s installation guidelines. These were things I never would’ve known on my own. But Thoughtful Roofer knew exactly what to do, and thanks to their expertise and documentation, my claim was fully approved. The roof replacement went smoothly, the crew was respectful and professional, and the end result looks fantastic.
